PRACTICAL & TACTICAL SELF-RELIANCE
3 cups of water
2 cups of flour
2 tbsp. oil, butter, or applesauce
4 large eggs (see here for egg substitutes)
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Nonstick spray or butter for pan
Add all ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth.
Heat a non-stick or cast-iron pan/skillet on medium heat.
Spray the pan and pour in enough batter to cover about half the pan. Roll the pan around to spread out the mixture. Flip when bubbles start to pop.
